Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea - Naturally Flavored is always a 10/10 as well as their bagels. The oatmeal.. disappointing.

$15 for a sandwich assumed it would be big and toasted with melted cheese, not sure if there was an option to toast that I missed...but also that should be the 'default' for that much money. Also fruit cup was very thin slices of apple and strawberry and just seemed very cheap. Coffee was good at least.

Chicken Bacon Rancher has scant pieces of bacon if at all. It's the second time I've ordered it and I thought it was a fluke the first time it had NO bacon. Usually I like Panera but this time it was a longggg wait and no bacon????

I ordered chicken noodle soup and the container (which was very small) was only half full...quite the ripoff!

The cookies were rock hard and tasted awful. I had to throw them away. The bagel was good but it wasn't the cinnamon crunch bagel it used to be, there was little crunch.
