Horribly subpar for Papa John's. I ordered a medium NY style pizza; it was more like a $2 Totinos frozen pizza, and it wasn't even cut. Not worth $10 much less the $30 I paid.

Better than locations I've had in other states I've worked in. I was extremely pleased to see a decently sized peperoncino in the box, as well as some Garlic Dipping Sauce. The pizza itself doesn't have the toppings quite evenly distributed, and there's a section of the pizza that actually doesn't have any cheese... But other than that, I'm impressed.

The Create Your Own Pizza tasted off. My fiancé and I ended up throwing it away after 1 slice. The original crust felt over mixed and dense. We do not recommend adding the garlic to the crust since it gave it a bitter taste. The pizza for my dad, the deluxe, was good but the dough was also over mixed.

Disappointing Experience
I ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce, but what I received was a pizza with no sauce at all. This was especially disappointing considering the basic expectation is that an order should be prepared as requested.
It has been several years since I ordered from Papa John’s, and unfortunately, this experience did not give me a reason to return. I can confidently say this will be my last order I placed at the Papa John’s Western Branch location.
Customers expect to receive what they order and pay for. Quality and attention to detail matter—and this experience fell short.
