Would like some silverware to be added. Other than that, the fries are really well seasoned and the spaghetti tastes amazing

the meatballs we're fake meat of like soy or some garbage, there was a mystery meet on the chicken parm sandwich, it was not very big for the price, very expensive for very little food. and the sauce was terrible

This is some of the worst Italian food I've ever had. Chicken in Fettuccine Alfredo was overcooked and the pasta sauce tastes terrible. Also, the bread tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer for a VERY long time and then suddenly heated up. Would not recommend this store.

I rarely write bad reviews, but Pasta Glory was horrible. Penne alla Vodka needs to be simmered long enough that no alcohol odor remains. This had a sour, boozy smell, like they used cheap, bitter wine. Considering there was chicken in this order, I don't have faith this was prepared safely. The other item ordered SHOULD have been a Chicken Pesto Hero. It was possibly chicken, but it wasn't a sandwich, and it wasn't pesto-flavored. I don't know if ghost kitchens are disastrously bad as a rule, but this one is disgusting.
