They always have the best service and vibes I love ordering from their place, I finally got to try out the rosemarysalt bagel and I am obsessed. Also I know that I will feel okay after eating their food, unlike other places!

Is this place a little pricey? Yes. do I care? no. they're bagels are genuinely so good and the garlic and chive cream cheese is the ONLY cream cheese I genuinely enjoy eating. Plus they have great coffee.

Pavement's bagels are always great but everytime
Ive gotten coffee at this location, it's disgusting. The other locations are phenomenal, but somehow every single latte i've ordered gets worse than the last. A vanilla latte shouldn't be so sour - it was undrinkable.

I just wanted to give bakery the credit that they're owed. This is my first experience with Pavement Coffee House and I have to tell you I'm in love. The best bagel I've ever had in my life. The Build Your Bagel sandwich was top tier! These are the best bagels in the game, trust me. Please don't change anything Pavement about your bagels, they truly are amazing.

If you order for pickup, employees will give you an attitude for asking about your pickup order that is not placed in their pickup shelf. Then they go in the back and find your order that has been sitting back there for 15+mins after app says order is ready, to then throw your order at you.
I love Pavement bagels but customer service over the past years have gottwn really bad
