The "Birthday"  Balloon was super tiny, for $7 I thought I'd at least get size of the stick balloons they sell at eh grocery store it was like the size of my palm lol.. so embattling bc these flowers were a gift!

Over priced. Dont receive moneys worth. Paid extra to upgrade bouquet just to receive smaller than average bouquet with some flower/flower stems in bouquet broken. Paid to have personal message delivered in bouquet, message missing, no way to be refunded. Also chocolate truffles are little 2 piece Lindt chocolates could get for way cheaper anywhere else, store advertises chocolate truffles not as a brand package or stating quantity, definitely not worth listed price of $9. Macaroons also not worth price listed. Got items for mother's day, unhappy with quality and for price paid, should have went somewhere else.

Everything came in perfect condition and my wife said the flowers are beautiful she loved the "Smiley Face" Mug and I may or may not have stolen one of her macarons that were delicious. Thank you for being able to fill my order on such short notice especially the morning of Valentine's Day

On May 2 I ordered the assorted cut flower bouquet and for the price it was decent. The flowers were really fresh (which is why I tried them again) but the bouquet was slightly smaller than others I've had delivered at comparable prices. On May 8 I ordered the same bouquet but upgraded it to a premium hoping it would be more full, but it looked equivalent to the first bouquet. Disappointed to spend so much more and have that delivered for Mother's Day. 4 stars first delivery, 2 stars for the second - overall 3 to be fair.

So the quality of the alstroemeria is amazing, however I have some stems I have recieved broken, or wilted flowers. I don't know if this is due to the delivery driver or the store. I think it's a little of both. I used to buy religiously every 2 weeks. also, they seem to have reduced the number of stems but kept the price the same.
