I am somewhat of a pho connoisseur- so naturally, I have tried every pho spot in the 757. Pho Dalat is the BEST! The broth is phenomenal, the spring rolls are ALWAYS fresh and giant! I don't order from anywhere else anymore.

The Beef Pho was very good. The broth was very tasty. It has enough onions, sprouts, and cilantro just the way it is. Everything but the broth comes in the bowl in the picture. The broth comes in a separate container and is just enough to fill the bowl.

Very rich and flavorful broth with the side of crispy shrimp tempura! The portion is more than enough and sometimes I have more than enough for leftovers. I definitely recommend this is you looking for something simple, savory, and filling!

Hands down the best pho spot in the 757. The broth is so rich and flavorful, the restaurant actually reads any notes (for extra sauce for example, or extra jalapenos). They package it so well- broth on the side so it doesn't get soggy during transport. 10/10. No complaints.

The grilled pork with vermicelli noodles was good. Nothing outstanding about it. But fresh ingredients. 4.5 star for that. The spring rolls were also fresh. Good clean taste. The peanut sauce that came with it was fantastic. 4.9. Now the pho.....the ingredients were fresh. There probably wasn't enough soup, but that's forgivable. But there was almost no flavor steeped in the soup at all. It wasn't offensive or bad. It was just....bland. I've eaten pho from all over the US and the world, including in Vietnam. This was the blandest I've ever had. But again, nothing about it tasted bad. Just not good. Fix the depth of the broth and the amount, this would be a solid 4.7 pho. But as it stands now, it's maybe a 2.5. May try it again some day.
