The strawberry bubble tea was perfect, not overly sweet and made with real strawberries, not the artificial flavor. The beef in the pho was cut perfectly thin, but I found the broth to be less spicy than I expect a sate to be, and a bit sweeter than I'm personally used to. Overall though it was a good meal.

The pho was not very good, not at all spicy. I have had it from other locations and it was amazing, but from this location I was very disappointed

The rare steak pho is phenomenal as it's actually rare beef that cooks perfectly in the scorching broth!
