Food seemed rushed and was undercooked. The fries were almost raw and the cheese wasn't fully melted on the Shepards pie. Everything was luke warm at best and very sloppily packed. After having some good meals in the past, this was very disappointing.

The wings between this order and soft are like night and day. Last order was amazing. Loaded with seasoning, perfectly crisp. These wings are bare and not crispy at all. Gross. And I paid for tier 2 basket and got tier 1 fries

My fries with the hot dog were under cooked. I ordered poutine which is suppose to have cheese CURDS and the menu says curds but it was just melted yellow cheese.
