I can’t believe this happened again. For the second week in a row, Pizza Hut delivered the wrong order.
Today I ordered a pepperoni pizza, but I received a cheese pizza instead. Last week, I ordered one cheese and one pepperoni pizza, and they delivered two cheese pizzas. Making the same mistake once is understandable. Making it two weeks in a row shows a serious lack of organization, attention to detail, and quality control.
It feels like no one is taking the time to properly check the orders before they leave the store. As a paying customer, it’s extremely frustrating to repeatedly receive the wrong food and have to deal with mistakes that could have been avoided with a simple verification.
I hope management takes this seriously and improves the way orders are handled. Customers deserve better than having to wonder whether they’ll actually receive what they paid for. This level of repeated carelessness is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on this location.
