Food was great and arrived fine. However, I received the box without a safety seal and improperly folded so that the box was only partially closed. Because of this, the pizza was nearly cold. I'm not usually one to complain, but this was a bit concerning that the pizza was allowed to leave the restaurant like this.

Personal Pan Pizza® good but the toppings don't amount to much, literally 4 pieces of pepperoni on it. Also pizza box should have a sticker seal whenever it's delivered and it did not. Can easily be opened by the delivery driver. Not a good plan.

Tonights pizza was an epic fail! Pizza Hut has been my favorite pizza for years, but I'm shaking my head!
The pie was undercooked, very doughy, it was lukewarm, and tasted like a rewarmed pizza that was sitting for too long, or maybe it just sat in the Dashers car?( we over-tip our Dasher every time) The slices had holes in the crust underneath, there was NO sauce, and barely enough cheese to cover the dough ( we always order extra cheese). If we are paying $3.00 for each topping, there should be toppings that you can actually see. Every few months we order take out as a treat, its expensive, and when all you do is pizza, you should do it well.

I ordered a deal that included unlimited toppings, but i ordered only 3 toppings and even those were barely there. The pizzas were extremely dry, and they were very stingy with the sauce and toppings. After paying so much—especially with DoorDash fees—it felt like all I got was plain dough. Really disappointing experience.

the cheese stuffed crust at pizza hut is immaculate, rich and complex flavor in the crust itself, and the cheese is delicious, the flavor of the end crust contrasts flavor very well compared to the rest of the pizza
