Had a disappointing experience at the Monroe location. The staff were rude, and my order wasn’t ready when I arrived, even though it was marked as ready. The food quality was also poor—the pizza tasted overcooked, and the pepperoni was burnt and overly crispy. Overall, this location did not meet my expectations, and I would not order from here again.

I don't like to complain but the order just wasn't up to the standards I'm used to from DoorDash. The fries order looked like half were missing and were not in a bag or sealed. My husband ate the and said the flavor was good but but it certainly wasn't $8 worth

Our personal pizza boxes were left on porch as requested without a bag! Chicken pizza was bland and not tasty, the other personal pizza was fine.

The cajun fries portion for $5 a piece is not good. I had two orders and literally received less than a handful of fries combined.
