I was disappointed with my order from Pollard’s Chicken. Instead of the green beans I ordered, I received collard greens. The sweet potato portion was extremely small — about the size of a small hot dog. The mashed potatoes had a very thin consistency and were more like pudding than mashed potatoes.
My order also arrived without any condiments, plasticware, or napkins. To top it off, I specifically requested the bread pudding be served hot, but it was cold when I received it.
Overall, the order did not meet expectations in terms of accuracy, portion sizes, or quality.

Chicken breast was not crispy. Large bread pudding looked like someone else had started to eat it and ate over half. Very disappointing

Chicken w/ BBQ was bland but the skin was okay. Didnt receive the replacement items that were ordered. Mix Dinner had a funny aftertaste. We ordered corn pudding and received corn on the cob. The Dinner Veg which was the cinnamon apples were plain and tasted horrible. The Wing order is only for one wing and not what the picture shows. Highly doubt we'll order from here again.

Got the 3pc Chicken with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Mac and cheese has no flavor. I've had a stouffers mac taste better than this. Normal instant mashed potatoes (at least they taste like it). The chicken was okay but little crunch. Definitely need the hot sauce to eat it. Their puffs genuinely just taste like frying oil. Never gonna get this again, especially for the price.
