• 28/04/24What a delicious Sunday meal. The 1/2 Fire Grilled Chicken - With Rice & Beans was cooked to perfection. The pieces were large and juicy and the marinade so tasty. We ordered 2, 1/2 Fire Grilled Chicken - With Rice & Beans one all white meat and one all dark meat. Both meals were terrific. Flan is as a favorite of mine and that was good too. GOOD JOB POLLO TROPICAL !!!

• 19/05/26The White Rice Black Beans and Sweet Plantains were delicious. A good size portion and fresh. But the Fried Yuca was old and stale. Apart from that it was perfect and will order it again.

• 28/03/23The food was good, but the ch Churrasco Steak - With Rice and Beans , the amount of the meat was for a kids meal.
Please do better, at $16.00, more meat should have been added.

• 6 days agoRice is hard, the pork has no taste, the chicken is dry- this is odd because the food there is usually good

• 1 day agoPollo Tropical is always my go to! Thank you to the store and Dasher for not forgetting my plantains today, and getting the correct size! Chicken was pretty dry with the Family Meal tho, and overcooked, unfortunately. Loved the roasted pork!
