What an incredible find Popstar Shawarma turned out to be! This vibrant, family-friendly eatery in the heart of San Francisco is an absolute delight to visit. The warm, inviting ambiance and a menu bursting with diverse, delectable dishes make it a standout dining spot.
The Homemade Burgers, especially the Grilled Chicken Burger and Cheese Burger, were well-grilled, juicy, and flavorful. The Star Mayo gave a unique touch, and the optional hot sauce added a pleasant kick.
My kids were particularly fond of the Shawarma Mix Fries and the family plates. We tried the Chicken Shawarma Meal which was plentiful and well balanced. It came with cans of slaw, French fries, and delicious ketchup to accompany the meat.
The All-Day Breakfast section was exciting, and the Egg Plate Yemeni Style deserves a special mention for its bold flavors. It was truly a comforting dish, perfect to start the day with.
Desserts at Popstar Shawarma are a must-try. We loved the Baklava and the Carrot Cake; both were just sweet enough and ended our meal on a high note.
I also appreciate their kid-friendly options, especially the variety of ice cream flavors available. It's a great way to keep the little ones excited and engaged during the meal.
Lastly, the staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their attention to detail and dedication to service significantly enhanced our dining experience.

This Andrew guy said that 3. Shawarma Beef & Lamb Mix Arabic Style was his recommendation. The taste was good but the juicy beef & Lamb was fresh and the portion was fire. And I washed it down with dragon fruit açaí. And for $25 when I order this again? 100%

The 3. Chicken Arabic Style would be good, if they got the order correct.
It's chicken and pickles, no other ingredients, in a tortilla wrap, grilled and sliced up, with toum as a dipping sauce. The chicken is very well seasoned, the portion is pretty large (not sure it would be large enough to qualify as a sarookh in the Middle East, but easily enough for a meal), and the toum is pretty good. It's a shame they get the main shawarma bit so right, but get everything else so wrong.
It comes with a huge portion of fries, but they're so salty it's almost painful. (Also, the ketchup is missing, but that doesn't really matter if the fries aren't edible.)
It's also supposed to come with a sliced salad, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Instead, I got a thick chunk of carrot and most of a solid lemon. Even if they don't know what's on their own menu, how could anyone possibly think these are reasonable sides?

My family and I started our meal with their authentic and richly flavorful Arabic coffee. The aromatic brew set a great tone for the feast that followed. We savored their Shawarma plates, particularly the Chicken and Beef Mix Combo Plate, which presented a delicious fusion of taste and texture with perfectly grilled chicken and beef served atop aromatic Zafron Basmati Rice. The balance of flavors and the addition of their famous toum and tahini sauce were commendable.

3. Chicken Arabic Style is authentic and the best in the Bay Area. This was my first time trying it and it's absolutely amazing. The toum (garlic sauce) is great and hits the spot.
