I dont understand why this place is popular. The Chili Cheese Dog was tiny and you could get the same thing if not better at a gas station. The fries were nothing special and the Breaded Chicken Sandwich was forgettable. Waste of money.

Italian sausage was great Italian beef was great just hardly any on there and there was two small pieces of pepper. I paid $1.24 extra four I mean small.

Italian Beef Sandwich was good, but there was barely any mozzarella cheese on it. Not worth the add-on price.

The Onion Rings were over cooked.
The chicken sandwich just wasn't like I was expecting.
The Beef Sandwich was dry, the sweet & hot peppers were non-existent. The "cup of gravy"was filled with a tablespoon.
And the 2slices of cake were not put in the bag .

So very disappointed in my Portillos order. This is usually my favorite place. But tonight, ya'll dropped the ball. Started out with a large fry container and barely any fries. Then I just opened my Chocolate Cake Slice and it looked like someone ate half my slice. What is going on Portillo's?
