French fries were hot and crispy upon delivery and the hot dog had a great taste and a soft poppy seed bun. Would order again

Got Char Grilled Polish Sausage Sandwich and chicago style. Too wet, too much bread, sausage was overcooked.

First time ordering from Portillo's. I ordered the Beef & Cheddar Croissant, onion rings and a can of Spindrift Raspberry Lime. I was expecting more cheese on my sandwich and I didnt think the large onion rings were worth the $6 as they were-cold and not a lot. My sandwich and onion rings tasted good but both were luke-warm. I was a little disappointed on my first order.

Strawberry Shortcake no breading or it's just soaked in puree, everything was smush and way too much whipped cream. Definitely not what wasexpected as a surprised gift of delight.
