• 07/10/23The delivery was flawless - Right to my hotel door in an uncrushed bag with everything in the bag intact as it should be. (Kudos to the DoorDash delivery person!) The Italian Beef Sandwich was dipped, wrapped in paper, then foil, then a plastic bag to ensure that it's beefy goodness would not spill into the paper bag. The Cheese Fries came with plenty of cheese that I was able to add to my Italian Beef Sandwich. This is the way.

• 04/04/25The beef bowl was an overpriced disappointment - I paid for both sweet and hot peppers and the bowl was swimming in HOT giardinera and had a single slice of bell pepper in it. I essentially paid over $1.50 for a single slice of bell pepper.
The beef bowl at Buona is 100x better that what I got from Portillos

• 16/10/26The cheese fries was perfect. The beef was good but they forgot to add my sweet pepper. They forgot to add my hot pepper and they also forgot to add my gravy on the side. It really sucks because that meal was $40.
