Recently, I've been having a lot of issues with restaurants messing up my order or forgetting an item, but today portillo's fulfilled my order exactly as ordered, they didn't forget anything, and the quality of the food was amazing. I'm very happy with the service and quality.

The Char-Broiled Chicken Sandwich tasted fresh and juicy. The Fries were actually JUST ABOUT well done, as I had requested, but it's rare to get them crispy for some odd reason...The Shakes and Malts was pretty big and fulfilled my sweet tooth! I would recommend Portillos, as I myself would order again.

The food was good but my Char Grilled Polish Sausage with everything on it only came with onions and mustard. I was very confused but it was still a decent frank. It tasted fresh and the frank was kinda crispy which I liked. I'd order again but I wish I had all the toppings originally :-) The Malt was really good too, I didn't expect it to be so big.

Not good. For now on I will order my beefs from Pop's Italian Beef. They skimped on the beef and for some reason it tasted almost like soap. What a shame because they use to be my second favorite under Duke's (awesome place). Not anymore.

The Fries definitely weren't well done, as I obviously requested.. They were a bit soggy, which happens about 80% of the time, and the other 20% is surprisingly well done as requested. The Char-Broiled Chicken Sandwich tasted tender, juicy, and fresh. Portion was okay for the price. I would order again if they can get all of my order correct
