• 21/07/26Pure Indulgence told me they didn't have enough of the flavor I requested. When my order arrived, they'd fulfilled my order the way I originally requested. Not only that, but the cookies are fresh!
This is hands down one of the best places I've ever ordered from. Best cookies too, love their stuff!

• 02/07/26I don't usually write reviews. But I am beyond surprised and impressed at how amazing the customer service is. I had ordered a variety pack. But they were all out. Instead of cancelling my order. They took time the time out of their day, even though it was already late to make my cupcakes. I'm so happy that I get to eat these delicious treats. Not only is the customer service amazing but all the cupcakes taste spectacular. If I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would. I highly recommend that you try this bakery. You will definitely indulge in the sweetness!

• 21/04/25This is my first time eating here and I can truly say that the texture is silky smooth for te cheese cake. The cookies were a hit for my nana and her gin rummy friends. This is now my favorite place for my sweet tooth.

• 30/05/26These cookies were fire!!!! Better than crumble and insomnia. They all were amazing but favorites were the BANANA PUDDING , Strawberry , Smores , red velvet .....so really all of the ones I purchased . lol

• 12/05/26I loved the White Chocolate strawberries when I ordered from this store last year but they have changed their formula. They're not using real white chocolate anymore. I can tell it's almond bark or another candy coating. I tried the Strawberry Crunch this go around too and it seemed stale. Also last year when I ordered this same thing the portion was bigger. I wouldn't order again unfortunately. I was expecting the indulgent taste of chocolate.
