I ordered a 12" TOASTED grilled chicken sandwich with spinach, tomato, provolone, and balsamic glaze. There was hardly and chicken, sandwich was not toasted, and the balsamic glaze was missing. For almost $12 it was immensely disappointing. And then as a "resolution" I was only offered $5 back. Absolutely ridiculous.

Breakfast sandwiches are usually made correctly, food arrives quickly and still pretty warm.
They usually have most of their inventory in stock, even with supply chain issues, they make it happen.
