This place is awesome! First, my favorite street tacos are Taco asada and Taco al pastor . I dont want rice and beans, so I love that I was able to order individual tacos in the flavors I love. BEST Taco al pastor I've ever tasted! The Taco asada was great too! Portions are very generous, and prices are more than reasonable. I will be ordering from here again!

10/10 This is the best ever birria I've ever tried. I come here often. Staff is always nice and smiling. The food is amazing. Whatever you order is guaranteed to be tasty and delicious. I love it. I have ordered everything in the menu. I have tried other food trucks around but nothing compares to Red Taco. My kids and family love it. :)

You really can't beat this place. All the tacos were fantastic, the broth was mouth watering, even the rice was delicious. You get a fat roasted pepper and plenty of grilled onions which are also somehow amazingly mouthwatering. Don't sleep on the garnishes and sauces. Use it all up haha 5/5 every time. Oh, and the punch was perfect. it has exactly the right balance of flavor and that refreshing feeling that you want. some places make their punch way too thick and syrupy. this Mexican punch is spot on and definitely will help cool your mouth off after you take a couple bites of one of those peppers LOL

The Birria ramen was delicious! Best ramen I have ever had ,filled with tons of meat and tons of flavor. Very large portion. Definitely recommend

We got a plethora of food to try everything for our first time! The Mexican punch is phenomenal; I am speechless with how delicious the Súper quesabirria is! We all adored the Taco asada, and Grill chicken and chorizo taco's!
We love Red Taco and are so happy they are here in Cabot!!
