Side of Skinny Fries? No check. Terrible! Thought it was a joke! 10-15 cold stale hard fries that hardly constitutes an "order" put in a plastic container.

Bought lunch for myself and a co-worker. The sandwiches were dry and overstuffed with corned beef. Would have been nice if it had a bit of mustard and the steak fries were too big (for my taste) The sprite was warm and flat. Don't think I'll order from here again.

I requested regular rye bread. I received plain untoasted dry bread. Is there an option to at least request toast? Also, there were no condiments. Is there an option to request condiments?
The grits were unseasoned and there was no salt or pepper to them.
The food was good as usual but the price of the delivery can't be justified by the necessity of my completing the prep to eat the meal.

Our food was not warm by the time it arrived. The challah bread and potatoes were stale. I was surprised by these details considering the price of our meal.

If you want Roasters and Toasters, go to the restaurant because you are likely to have an issue with your order. 7/10 times I've had an issue with the store forgetting items, mixing items up, or just not sending good quality items (ex: sending coleslaw from the top of the batch without mixing so it's justthe veggies with no slaw or the more questionable pickles from their batch). Just seems like the store is taking advantage of the customer who is not right in front of them.
