This usually isn't a problem with them and I've ordered the grill chicken wrap many times before, but this time around the chicken was burnt to a crisp and they forgot to add the ranch dressing. Hopefully this was a one time thing

Today I ordered seafood pasta through delivery. First of all, instead of salmon, they put some random fish with bones in it. There was only one shrimp, and it was completely dry and burnt — dark brown in color. There were no squid at all, so the pasta was absolutely terrible.
Why do you make replacements without ever informing customers about it? The fish was awful, and I ended up only being able to eat the plain pasta. This is terrible.
