• 07/08/25The Balboa was amazing and full of flavor! I added extra chicken and was able to have two meals from just one bowl. I am so happy that a cowrker told me about Roots! Expect plenty of group orders in the future! Thank you for amazing food

• 26/10/25I'm sure as a bowl this was fine. What was disappointing was the chicken which was dry and the tofu that definitely didn't have any flavor to it. Not something I would buy again.

• 18/05/26My avocado was completely black/brown?! Not a single slice of fresh avocado, seriously looked like they chose the most spoiled avocado to put in my meal for $2 extra. The chicken was also very mushy. I just got over food poisoning so was really looking forward to a FRESH, healthy meal ugh

• 08/10/25the salad bowl was very good but when i asked for extra dressing on the side and have to pay extra for it, it would be nice to actually recieve extra dressing.
