The ribs and brisket were outstanding, tender and flavorful! The grits and mac & cheese were great. Portions of everything were generous.

Ruthie's is an incredible treasure. The lunch menu is impeccable. The brisket sandwich, cod sandwich, chicken sandwich, spicy soy chicken wings, collard greens, Mac n cheese and corn bread were literally the most delicious southern meal we've had in VA. I recommend a reservation. They were extremely pet friendly which made the visit even better!
DO NOT GET THE DEVILED EGGS! Needs more relish and mustard. Bacon would also be a nice addition as these are flavorless.

Ordered the fried chicken sandwich. If you're looking for two separate basic chicken tenders without any flavor placed in a bun...go ahead and waste your money.

After a slew of crappy DDash orders, I had a very specific taste for a good brisket breakfast. The Brisket Hashwas SO good. It was cooked to perfection, had hella vegetables (which I LOVE/need). Only ask - add egg white to the egg options.

Grilled broccoli was burnt (actually burnt black), potato salad was sooooo full of mayo. Ribs were extremely fatty. However, the pickles were great.
