Wish they would have an option toasted and scooped for Bagel Sandwich, Iced Matcha Latte was very good, just please put a straw in the bag

Sadelle's is pretty hyped up for breakfast in the Grove. It is ok. The matzo ball soup doesn't have a lot of flavor in the broth. The latkes are good but much thicker than we make them. Mimosas for 16 bucks using low grade Prosecco is not worth it. We live next door. There are so many other better places in the Grove, we won't go back. Didn't hate it, it's just over hyped for what is truly is.

The sandwich was delicious wrapped up very nicely, but what I did not like is being handed my bagel with no bag no napkins or utensils after seeing the person ahead of me receive a bag with their order inside literally handing me my hot bagel fresh out of the back like I was supposed to dig into it standing there at the counter, bothered me, and then when I ask if the server can I get it in the bag, the server was surprise saying, oh you want a bag yeah I'll get you one here you go m. She hands me the bag still with no napkins or utensils to follow. I packed my own sandwich and walked away back to work bothered by the interaction.

Hi Sadelle's! Please add "toasted" as an option for the bagel sandwich in this app. There's no way to specify toasted vs untoasted and for some reason you guys send the bagels untoasted by default. I love your bagel sandwich, but this issue has lead to a disappointing experience when ordering through Door Dash.
