Best Viet restaurant I've found yet in Monterey County yet. Oxtail combination Pho is a must. Shaken beef is tender and delicious over noodles or rice. Portions are plentiful. Defina go to spot for me.

The garlic noodles were like mush - way over cooked, sticky and dry. The calamari was terrible! Chewy with zero flavor. Rare beef in Pho was tough. Terrible value! I won't be giving Saigon Noodles another shot! Much better noodle places around.

Beef stew is less thick than expected of a stew but tastes great. Paired with the beef sandwich to dip in it was a feast. Vietnamese iced coffee made for a tasty dessert, I prefer it bobba-less as it is just fine as is.

Everything is amazing as always. I literally could live off of the pho broth. My only complaint is that for the 3rd/4th time in a row I haven't gotten a Thai tea that I ordered. I don't know if I did something wrong but I really miss it. That Thai tea is so amazing. Maybe next time I'll order takeout and go pick it up and double check because it really is worth the extra work. I don't think I could complement this restaurant more highly it's my favorite restaurant ever at this point.
