Ham & Cheese Original was hot and fresh and made exactly as I ordered it. Fountain Drink Coke Zero - my only complaint was that they didn't send me a straw so I poured it into a regular cup here at home. Their large plastic cups are too slippery to hold once condensation is on it if you don't have a straw to use.

Cinn roll dry to the bone. Barely .05 oZ of icing on top. 1 star. Sandwich was stale bread and lettuce from a pre bag. Smelly lettace pre chopped that was open at least a day ago.i used to enjoy their food at Shlotskys but will never order again.

The Deluxe Original had no flavor at all, the meats had no flavor, the bread had no flavor, the only thing I could taste was the mustard, never ate meat that literally had no flavor to it, very strange, the bread was spongy, no taste or flavor to it either, the only thing I knew what it was, was the yellow mustard.... As for the Mac & Cheese , it was like soup, I guess that's why it came with a spoon 🙄 it costs way too much for a very small portion, like one table spoon with mostly watery cheese on top, so watery I had to pour it off the top before tasting it, but like the meat, it literally had no flavor either... I am very surprised how bland, no flavor the food had 😒 I won't be ordering from here again... No napkins either... I would not recommend this restaurant 😐

The Schlotzsky's Salt & Vinegar Chips were missing! I got the Roast Beef & Cheese Meal Deal i requested no onion with mustard. And they did lettuce, mayo and mustard... they did not replace or refund this was the saddest $20 meal .. $20 on mayo, mustard lettuce and bread the cheese was also some how burnt.....

The Beef Bacon Smokecheesy Sandwich and the Ham & Cheese Original are always delicious. Best part is they are loaded with the meat!
