Schlotzsky's did a great job with my food.  My sandwich (small original) and my soup(loaded baked potato) were very tasty!   The only complaint I have is that my dasher did not notify me when the food was delivered, so my food sat outside for over an hour :(

I ordered The Original sandwich and Loaded Baked Potato soup. I would recommend getting the Original Deluxe sandwich because this one was a little weak on the meat. Flavors were good and I love the bread but definitely felt hungry after eating it. The Loaded Potato soup was pretty thick for a soup and a small portion for $7.39. It was good but I wouldn't order it again at that price. Overall I was satisfied after everything but felt the cost was a little high. Over $20 for one person before a tip is a little much.

They changed the shape of their sandwhiches. The $22 "Giant" sandwhich is now a 10 inch sub. The medium is close to a 6 inch sub. We never got our kid's cheese pizza.  Disappointments all around. The giant sandwhich is usually a few meals, but now it doesn't even fill the container it comes in. Schlotzsky's new motto is "more plastic, less food."

We love Schlotzsky's but tonight was a train wreck picking up from the Maizeland store. We ordered 2 sandwiches, a dozen churros and a drink for pick up. Est time for pick up was 10-20 min. My husband arrived 15-20 min and, waited 20 min more while they made the order. He got home and we have 8 churro's and they are stone cold, have no flavor and are like rubber. And, there's no au jus for my french dip. I get it's a Friday night and yes he picked up. He'll triple check the bag next time. But the point is, we paid over $50 . That shouldn't be the result.

The Turkey Club has so little bacon on it that I ate an entire half and remembered it was supposed to have bacon. I open the other half and was about to take a picture when I saw the two little slivers that were there. Don't call it a Club when you can't even tell there's bacon. If I had ordered a turkey sandwich, I would have been fine but that's not what I ordered.
