I put specific instructions for how we would like our drinks made, but most of them were made incorrectly. Also, the Thai Tea Ice Blended with Pearl was not blended completely and still had a lot of ice chunks. Taste wasn't compromised so it's not the end of the world. I just wish we could add more than one topping through the app.

These teas are way to expensive for what you are getting. There are no size options and the minuscule ~20oz cup is a whopping 6 dollars, I've had far bet tea for way less. You'd be better off overnight shipping premium white teas because you'd get the best tea plentifully conpared to what these guys offer.

Love the Classic Milk Tea . Consistently great! Better than Share Well and a bit less expensive than them, too.

I like their (1) Classic Pearl Black Milk Tea with zero sweetener. I sometimes order other drinks but always come back to the (1) Classic Pearl Black Milk Tea
