This was the worst service I have had from this Shipley's. The donuts were cold and squeezed together. You could not tell they were donuts. I was very disappointed in Shipley donuts.

Ordered $50 worth of glazed donuts as a gift and they tasted sour and looked deflated and old. So embarrassing.

Donut holes were awful! Flat. Not even properly done on top & bottom. Why not round "holes" like theyre supposed be? The filled donuts were good. The cake donuts were not.

Definitely not fresh. Some of them extremely dry. I did enjoy the chruchones but very disappointing tbh.
