hands down 100% the bbq was perfect. we got the hog sandwhich and the brisket philly. which both were outstanding but the mac and cheese hatch has left us without words. the brisket queso was a close 2nd. Though our potato salad was missed (but it looks like just a monday thing that was missed when ordered?) and the beans were okay.
next time we plan on getting the elote to try bc if they are half as good as the mac and cheese the world will be set.

Ribs were tough and dry, Mac n cheese was bland, and the turkey taco was literally two pieces of turkey thrown into a tortilla with nothing else

The price point does not match the food.
Absolute worst BBQ experience I've ever had. Bland food, zero flavor. Undercooked everything.
You get 1/2" of cup of any side you order. So don't order expecting anything more. Rancid coleslaw that has so much sour cream that you cannot even taste anything other than it going bad. Ranch style beans from the can.
The bbq sauce is definitely NOT homemade.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Our food was packed without any sauce. There was no barbecue sauce or any other sauce in the bag. The meat was dry and overcooked. If there were sauce then maybe it wouldn't have been so bad. I wasn't completely mad because the meat still had good flavor to it. It was just dry and overcooked with no sauce. The Sidewinder Fries were bussing but we didn't even get any ketchup for that either.

I didn't even get her name b/c I was in such a hurry to pickup my order, but the bartender gave me a water and was just this massively kind person. Hopefully that young lady is recognized up there for how great of a job that she does w/ greeting and handling customers.
Such a strange review, and hey! The food, lean brisket and a half pound of turkey, was excellent. It came w/ all of the ancillary stuff that was always free at other BBQ places prior to the last few years.
