I absolutely love the 1. Filet Mignon Hibachi -as does everyone-it never disappoints. Tender, flavorful and delicious meat cooked perfectly every time and with veggies with a couple of shrimp on top and a side of fried rice-this is my favorite dish. Sometimes I just need that protein but don't want just an average steak from a chain steakhouse-Simon's to the rescue! Their entire menu is not lacking in pleasing dishes but this is by far my go-to favorite.

Dry Rice. VERY Dry Chicken & Shrimp Hibachi & only 3 shrimp. "Salad" was a container of lettuce. Spicy Tuna Roll was okay at best... rice was dry & it fell apart. Not impressed at all. 2. Chicken HibachiSpicy Tuna RollRice

The 1. Filet Mignon Hibachi is absolutely the best! You just can not go wrong with Simon's -everything is always so good -but the filet mignon hibachi really is a favorite. Such generous portions of tender juicy flavorful meat and fried rice and veggies. I always have plenty for leftovers.

Love simons! Of youwant hibachi but not super hungryi sugged just get the "fried rice". I dont each a whole hibachi meal so I get the filet fried rice. Great portion and fulfills my craving!

Everything was flavored to perfection. I swear they do not have one bad chef. Never disappoints. 10/10 portions, flavor, and freshness. Always arrives warm! It's always seasoned well, but never over seasoned. Will definitely order again. Love this place.
