The Poke Bowl was amazing! It more like chirashi than a Hawaiian poke and loaded with tons of Japanese toppings. I appreciated that they were generous with the fish and had the perfect rice to topping ratio. 10/10 would recommend.

Honestly i was very disappointed with my order this time. I got three explotion rolls and all looked different. One did not have any eel and the size difference is huge. I guess they have different cooks because this is crazy.

The Salmon was great. I wouldn't recommend the Salmon Truffle Roll though. The texture was very disturbing. The rice paper was soaked by the mango and crab salad's sauce, making it feel like you were eating wet sushi.
The Misoshiro soup wasn't great either. An excessive amount of a mysterious spice and salt made it so we couldn't even eat it.
