My pink drink was pink. And drinkable. My egg bites were eggy. As well as bite-sized. I cou have asked for more. My delivery person was fast and put my bag out of the rain. So there's that.

Drinks had too much empty space and no vanilla syrup added in either Vanilla Crème. Just steamed milk with cinnamon.

Starbucks Montclair is one of the worst Starbucks around. For a $9 delivery latte, they don't even try to get orders correct. Do you want blonde espresso? Well, you'll be lucky to get espresso at all. Half the time, they send me a drip coffee instead. For the ridiculous price of getting Starbucks delivered, there is no reason that I should receive urn coffee instead of a Flat White. They often forget to toast the Everything Bagels and even if you pay for cream cheese, you probably won't receive it. Do you like your Pink Drink blended? Well, that's not an option. Did you pay extra for a premium milk like heavy cream? Too bad, they will ignore what you paid for and just give you whatever they want. Did you ask for cinnamon or another topping? Don't plan on receiving it! Often, the coffees are not even properly filled up. If you order from this location, I strongly advise you to stick to the exact menu and not try to customize anything. What a drag. Sorry to be so negative, but this Starbucks has taken so much money from me and given me so many awful drinks. I think they have a grudge against Flat Whites, because they literally never make it properly. I'm embarrassed for them.

Multiple times I've ordered protein foam (for an extra $2) and they've instead just given me a shot of flavored syrup instead. If you physically go to the store they will give you protein foam. If you order online they will not. I think because it takes them a while to shake it, and you aren't physically present to correct the order. This coffee is supposed to have protein foam.

I paid for caramel drizzle and extra caramel. This store doesn't follow any instructions. This happens over and over again.
