Multiple times I have gotten the wrong order from this Starbucks. Instead of Matcha, they give me a regular latte quite often. And occasionally they leave items out like in everything bagel I ordered it just wasn't in the bag. I think I've filed three or four complaints in the last week. It's really disappointing.

Everything else was great but the Caffè Latte was barely filled just over halfway up the cup. Ordered a tall and it came out less than what a short would've been.

There have been a few times now where this store has made mistakes on my coffee order (putting regular milk when specifically ordering alternatives) and today, they made yet another mistake. They put two stickers on a bakery bag for two Snowman Cake Pop, which I ordered for my two grandsons but only sent one. We used to think highly of this location (Sonoma Ranch), but these mistakes are becoming far too frequent. Please address these issues with your staff.

ASKED FOR SWEET CREAM FOAM, DIDNT HAVE IT ON THIS DRINK. ALSO ASKED FOR CARAMEL LINED ON THE CUP AND IT BARELY HAD IT ON. FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR THE EXTRAS, ID HOPE THEY DID IT CORRECTLY.
