• 27/12/24Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai was perfect! (Recently had another location use coffee (?) and possibly swap other ingredients without noting anything on the label for an iced chai latte) this was Exactly what i ordered and exactly what was printed on the label! No surprises! The staff at this location are so kind and historically will contact me if something is unavailable which is AMAZING and I adore that INTEGRITY! The Caramel Apple Spice was in fact just that! (No "made you something else" scribbled on the cup with no indication of WHAT was made or what potential allergens introduced like the other local did earlier this week ). I got EXACTLY what I ordered (which is why i TRUST this location for delivery and in person) and both were also the PERFECT temperature! This location is so wonderful when it comes to communication and I love that about them! Both drinks were secured with stickers over the openings, with lids on tight in a carrier in a taped bag for safety alongside the other two items I purchased. No leaks! And historically they dont have that problem- unless a dasher knocks the bag over. TRUST this location. Theres always risk with health conditions and take out but at this location i know what i tolerate, what I'm signing up for when i order each item, that i will likely be contacted or offered actual note if something is unavailable (vs being subbed an unidentified item) and that it will be packaged safely! Such a RELIEF after being served 2 drinks at the other location that were not what i ordered nor identifiable from the other local tuesday night! Support this location- they know not to send you a mystery unless you ASK, of course. Mysteries are fun, sometimes, but not when you have allergies, intolerances, potentially different beliefs, immune conditions etc - THIS location clearly gets that which is so important when it comes to food SAFETY! Thank you so much for providing exactly what I ordered tonight! I love this location! They also have been accommodating for when individuals need straws for medical reasons (ie. Multiple Neurosurgeries) in the past so i dont spill down my shirt. Love you guys and your awareness and integrity! Happy holidays! :)

• 11/07/25Arrived perfectly. Nothing was leaking or absent. The Blended Strawberry Lemonade arrived mixed in pristine condition(vs when it has arrived completekyseparated ). The Iced Chai Lattewith oatmilk is perfect as usual with ice and is not leaking through the bag onto my carpet like yesterday and the Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresherr has ice today! (No clue why iwas sent one "without ice" yesterday or who could drink that warm) so Starbucks and delivery drivers seem to have things together again today! ! Love this location!

• 03/03/23Packaged my items very well. An item they didn't have, they took the time out to write an apology and put it in the bag. This store never fails to be amazing

• 16/07/25This time the Iced Chai Latte latte had ice. Dasher asked them to double check because prior orders today included ZERO ice. Which would be wonderful if i had an icemaker and im unsure if theres a glitch in the label maker but i definitely never said "no ice." Thankfully this evenings Iced Chai Latte has ice, however this has happened with a refresher last week as well. Very strange. Very inconsistent. Tried calling to ask if the icemaker was broken - busy. Grateful I have ice now but I paid extra for redelivery etc
