The white choco mocha is perfect, bagel still nice and warm, and donut was nice and soft.

I've ordered twice a Venti matcha and the cup is only filled up to like 2/3! If my drink is going to be like $8-12, I expect my cup to be completely filled.

Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, Iced Cherry Chai Latte, Iced Chai Latte tasted good. The problem is paying a lot of money for mostly ice. If you don't tell them light ice you're going to get nothing but ice.

Crispy Grilled Cheese on Sourdough bread was dry (before being toasted) on one side, therefore half inedible. Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich had a glop of pesto literally a quarter inch thick on one side. Starbucks® Blonde Vanilla Latte had zero espresso despite ordering a triple shot. tasted like milk with syrup added. usually better than this. but be aware, one of the crews Manning the place is not consistent.

I get this drink religiously, this time it tastes different. It doesn't taste like white Iced White Chocolate Mocha. There was very little caramel drizzle. Little to no whipped cream.
