My Iced Chai Latte was only 3/4 full when it arrived. I paid over $20 for ONE Grande Iced Chai Latte w/a shot of espresso & 4 pumps of pecan syrup (couldn't taste the pecan syrup at all) and it is unacceptable to receive my order3/4 full! :(

This is the second time ordering from this specific Starbucks that my drink has been made unlike its ever been made before. They have the whipped cream covering more than half the cup in the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage, it's honestly so disappointing. I cannot order again from this location. The taste isn't even what it normally is in terms of sweetness and the caramel flavor. Other Starbucks line the cup up with the ribbons and syrup and make it so delectable. The inconsistency is completely Unacceptable. This one looks like the following:

Unfortunately there was absolutely no flavor in the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage. Not sure if they forgot an ingredient or what but it did not taste how it should. It tasted like straight fluff! Also my Iced Caramel Macchiato did not have the $1 vanilla sweet cream cold foam that I paid for!

Just received the 3rd Mocha Frappuccino within the last couple of weeks that wasn't made with the correct ingredients. It was too bitter to drink. These drinks are too expensive not to be made correctly. Very disappointing.
