while they always taste good, nomatter what temperature I chose for my Hot Chocolate, the tag alwsays says extra hot. It's not the end of the world, but it is frustrating. Also they were out of Frog Cake Pops but let me order them anyway.

The cannonball drink arrived and i could tell immediately something was missing. I called the store and they said they had made it without two of the essential ingredients because they were out of stock. I would expect a refund because of this. I was offered a refund of $2.40 from DoorDash although I paid over $7 for the drink.

I asked for caramel drizzle and to line up the coffee didn't get anything but maybe one drop. Definitely can't taste the vanilla Sweet cream or the horchata syrup . For some reason it's only when I order it from door dash that it's always missing what I paid extra for . It taste like a water down coffee ! Paid almost 21 dollars for something I have to throw away . Normally when I order directly from Starbucks they never mess up my order and it's always made perfect.

I get Matcha Lattes multiple times a week. Today was nearly 1/2 empty when I received it and tasted like it had no milk added at all

Double smoked bacon sandwich was cold. Gingerbread latte was off taste and not hot. My Dasher I will give credit because she sat there for over an hour waiting, but Starbucks needs to try harder and make people's orders correctly.
