I don't know why the quality at this Starbucks has gone down so much. It's sad because it was always such good quality. They don't put enough whipped cream at all anymore, way too much ice & I didn't even get a straw. I just wish they would make sure that the quality is worth what we're paying for these expensive drinks.

Maybe it's just this Starbucks and they are busy of course holiday or that we haven't had it in a while and it's not our favorite anymore but we only had a few sips and dumped the drinks. The Iced Sugar Cookie Latte I had to stir as it was lukewarm, I think the coconut milk was left at room temp but it just threw the flavor off. Probably won't order again, no fault of the staff. Thanks.

The bacon Gouda sandwich was so little, definitely not worth $7. Didn't even get a straw for my $9 coffee that was also not worth $9.
