I asked for both of the Iced White Chocolate Mocha with an extra espresso shot and none of the came with it. And the flavor is super light I feel like I drank milk. And is not even on the cup specifications.
Additionally now straws were placed in the bag.

Is not the first time we order and the drink taste only like MILK not enough coffee on the drinks and also missing items or wrong sizes

All I taste is milk. No espresso. No Iced Chai Tea Latte. Just milk with ice. Asked for straws and did get that either
