The Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade was spilled in the bag. 1/5 of the trenta drink was spilled.

• 06/07/26Downtown Hilo Starbucks are inconsistent. I'm always missing something from my order. I paid an extra $1-2 for cream cheese for my Everything Bagel and they forgot to put the cream cheese in the bag. I had to eat a dry bagel :(

• 29/05/25Despite an GPS issue that the driver had to tackle, the order was delivered quick and swiftly.
Somehow the Rolled & Steel-Cut Oatmeal was not included in the package. Starbucks Kilauea is an immensely popular location, it is a hot spot for busy people trying to get their AM boost before work. As there is usually a long wait, it is understandable that UberEats or Doordash delivery orders can get messed up. As soon as I called DoorDash Customer Service, they refunded me of my undelivered item. Otherwise, everything is always spot on. Thank you for my morning booster drink, Sandwhich and Feta wrap.
