Their caramel ribbon crunch frappe is my favorite drink ever. I love that you can tailor it to your liking so easily using the app. Ordered it too many times to count, nice big size, always made fresh. My only warning: if you add that you would like to have any additional condiments included with your drink (such as honey packets or sugar) they might not give you the packets as a side...and might add them to your drink directly. I received my drink one time with an extra 7 packets of honey and 5 packets of sugar. Needless to say it was undrinkable. I was bummed but also I learned a valuable lesson about not adding extra packets of condiments just because they’re free. Ha!

My Venti coffee was only half full and I paid three dollars more than I do in Texas so I'm very disappointed. It came in a Venti cup, but it was only half full and it was clear that the coffee did not spill on the way here the bag was pristine and unopened. If I hadn't gotten it through DoorDash, I would've gone back to the store. I just don't know which one it is cause I'm from Texas and I'm in Marin.

To expesnive but really good. Also extremlly overhyped to small for the price but also fresh. Would maybe order again depeding on budget but the pink cannon ball drink was good.
