the fries were pretty old and crunchy but i did order late at night. other than that the burger was good, super soft bun and the biscoff shake is absolutely scrumptious. don't believe the hater reviews

Food was hot and salty, and very fresh. However, the store uses a specific, airtight bag to seal your entire order inside completely, not letting any steam out :( The food was still crispy and not soggy at all, but keep this in mind if your food has a long trip.

Because of the plastic bag the usual to go bag was put in, my fries were incredibly soggy. The chicken tenders, which are usually a decent size, were so small, and I didnt receive a straw for my shake...
No issues with my dasher, she was great!

Second bad experience here (one time the burger wasn't even cooked all the way). This time the fry cup was half full - if that - and the food was cold. The first dasher waited so long the gave up on waiting for the order. Second one waited just as long. Weird.
