• 14/05/24this was one of the better Steak and Shake I've had in some time. the burgers were cooked all the way, the Dr Pepper had syrup and carbonation.
the only problem I have, and it's with lots of places, there is no way to request ketchup. There should be a button for requesting ketchup for fries.

• 21/10/25Second time they've messed up my order. The first time I ordered a fresco melt and it was missing cheese. This time I ordered the butter burger and just got a regular cheeseburger that was extremely salty. I also ordered a shake with my butter burger and they didn't put a lid or sticker or anything to prevent it from being tampered with. I don't recommend ordering from here
