Everything cold!!! come on now really! Who packs French Fries in sandwich bags... these guys do. The fries were absolutely disgusting being that they were soggy from all the condensation and oil trapped inside the bag. $7 for 5 way chili spaghetti fine, but these guys put it in a small gravy or side bowl. I'd pay $3.50 for it if it was the right temperature, but as I said at the beginning everything was cold. On a positive note tonight the root beer, sweet iced tea, and apple sauce were delicious because they were the temperature and packaged the right way.

I was very satisfied with the flavor and the size of my shake! This is my go-to order from Steak n' Shake. I was very disappointed, however, with the lack of packaging for transport and the lack of a tamper proof seal. Just something to keep in mind for future reference!

it's been a minute since I've eaten steak and shake. the bun is way bigger than the patty, the patty looks like a mcdonalds Jr cheese burger size, plus the cheese didn't even melt on the burger, so I got an old cold piece of meat as well. of course through delivery you expect it to cool down some, but come on guys.

$6.50 for three little chicken tenders and 850 for a triple burger the foods not bad but it's a little excessive on the price

My milkshake did not come full. And I got no lid besides the one with the cover so I had to poke a hole in it. Didn't even get napkins.
