Called in to ask for extra pickles and they gave me exactly what I asked for!! I'm very very happy with my order!!!! I would definitely order again! The food is so fresh and portioned perfectly, it looks and tastes delicious

Although I received all the items I ordered and although there was the proper amount of vegs, meat and cheese, the two eggs in the middle section of the 12" sub were very cold/not heated at all. I requested "toasted" - must have happened as the eggs on the end were heated and the cheese was melted. The other problem was the cold pop was packaged right beside the warm sub. The half of my sub beside the pop was no longer warm. Most fast food places teach workers to pack hot with hot and cold with cold. I don't know if it was to save on packaging, but it is not a good thing to do.

I truly appreciate the work the employees put into each order. They go above and beyond. Even something little like replacing cookies that are out of stock, it shows their dedication.

The black pepper was too much, Some of the meat tasted like it was starting to go bad. I have a sneaking suspicion you put some sub sauce on it before realizing it wasn't asked for. I'm giving you 1 more chance, screw it up again I never order from you again.
