The #18 The Ultimate B.M.T.® and #15 Titan Turkey subs were tasty, but both were missing ingredients ordered , which was disappointing. To top it off, my Annie’s pretzel and cheddar cheese, which I was most excited about, were also missing. The food was good, but the order accuracy needs serious improvement.

I ordered meatball and they didn't have it. It would be nice if the app was kept up-to-date with inventory.  Dasher got me an alternative, however the bread was stale. Won't order from this location again.

Our sandwiches are ok but the fact that the Dasher asked specifically if everything was in the bag and was not even told there were substitutions to the order was not ok. I understand an establishment being busy but to not answer a simple  question is bananas to me.

They always use too much mayo, and I would prefer it on the bottom  the sandwich, not slathered all over the top of it...
