The bread was a teeny bit stale but the rest of the order was perfect and was made with care, very happy.

I ordered a footlong sub with the italian herbs and cheese bread, and was sent a dark rye bread instead... I would prefer being called to change my choice rather than just assuming that's what I would want. Not pleased.
